I expected to put on some weight after this last weekend. Been super stressful time for me...hubby in Paris for business for the 1st time, my little brothers dad had open heart surgery on Monday and still is not doing good. Cruddy eating while we were at the VA hospital and once home.
On the 23rd my dad is having colon surgery at the same VA hospital and this time I'm taking my foods to stay on track!
Back on track today, eating right and drinking my water!

I hope it all works out well. My dad had bad luck with the VA here in St. Louis. Tripple Bypass and the anastesiologist almost killed him. And the Bypass person left him almost blind in his left eye and with short term memory problems because he let the blood pressure drop too low. But that was back 10 years ago before the VA got called out on their BULLSHIT TREATMENT of veterans.

It must be hard having your husband away while you have so much going on. I can see why you are stressed. I hope all will be well for everyone and your husband will be home soon.

The Seattle VA is taking amazing care of my brothers dad! It was hard for me to believe them because my hubby's experience with the VA but I realized it was a totally different part of the VA.
Sorry about your dad's experience with the VA.
Tomorrow the hubby comes home,Yay!
