I have not weighed in in awhile. But I'm glad I did. Finally made it under the 220 mark!!! Been struggling for awhile with personal issues. Still struggling but decided to deal with it head on and stop procrastinating. I've been involved in a relationship for over 40 years and feel it has come to an end. It's very hard for me because I kept telling myself that everything was ok when it wasn't. And it doesn't help when the one your in the relationship with denies their feelings. Or chooses not to be honest. I can't allow it to eat away at me any longer. So the time has come to move on......and move on I will. I will survive!!
219.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
