Hardest thing is not to Munch throughout the evening hours. How do I relax without crunching?

Try increasing your protein intake either through protein rich foods or supplements. Protein sticks with you much longer and makes you feel more satisfied. Good luck!

For me, I have a night time routine. We do supper, then my husband and I go to the park and do a lap around the track--which is a mile. Then, I grab a book and some hot tea and relax. This is working pretty well for me--but when I feel the need to chew, I do sugar free gum. That is what seems to help me wind down and forget about munching. Hope this helps.
