Back on track. Exercised twice today and enjoyed both sessions. Ate better (low carb) so my stomach isn't complaining either. Starting to go backwards on the eliptical to challenge myself more and work out the back of my legs. I remember when I couldn't even do 10 minutes on that darn machine and now 30 minutes seems easy. 2 more weeks till I hit the big 40. Bleh. Along with that I have to go to the DMV and renew my drivers license. Not happy about that cause my picture is cute and sassy and the new pics you have to be all non smiley and serious. Stupid photo recognition technology. At least I won't be fat in my new photo, thank God for that!
