Wow! 5 pounds in 3 days! I never thought I would be able to do this again :D. With my new challenge, "Loose 20lbs by Christmas", my attitude has changed. I'm even gonna go for 40!

I exercised my butt off lol. I would Start off by running 3 miles, then come home, rest, and start a Jillian Micheal's DVD, then rest then to the gym. I also just ate less, more protein, less carbs.

WOW! Thats so awesome! Good for you :) keep up the good work. Im going to try to do a lot more cardio myself. I've given my self a goal to lose 40 lbs by the New Year...we'll see. Good job!

Wow, sounds like you're working out like a machine!! Good luck reaching your goals! With motivation and opportunity like that, I'm sure you WILL lose 40 before Christmas!! :D
