Way-heyyyy a nice 3.1 lb loss. Off to Scotland tomorrow so I'm well up beat!

Nice one! Where in Scotland are you heading?

Eyemouth in the Borders. Plan a trip to Edinburgh and all beaches round and about. May treat myself to a wee dram, malt whisky being the least damaging with water but it will be a treat and not an everyday pleasure, plus one ice cream and xx
