YAY! down 4 lbs in one week - not too hard to do when there's so much excess weight, but still. This is a good motivator, since the weekend saw me get much mroe lax...however, I had much more control than I would have had, had I not been dieting.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2120 kcal Fat: 82.09g | Prot: 135.92g | Carb: 213.94g.   Breakfast: Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties, toast, Iced Coffee with Milk, sugar, american cheese. Lunch: Iced Coffee with Cream and Sugar, chobani low fat black cherrygreek yogurt, red kidney beans, ken's light options balsamic vinaigrette, tomatoe, lettuce, 90% fat free oscar meyer turkey bologna, water. Dinner: tomatoe, onion , filet mignon. Snacks/Other: tootsie rolls, go gurt, apple red delicious, Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks, low sodium v8. more...
