Ok so I fit into the BM dress I am happy with that, but time to set a new goal. I want to loose 10 kgs by Feb 2010. To do this I need to set a goal of 4-5kgs by New Year and the other 5-6kgs by the end of Feb. This is very acheivable since I have already lost 6kgs in 6weeks. 2010 will be my year of skinny. No more excuses, no more p1ss farting around, time to get the job done. I am only 24 so have not wasted too much of my life being overweight. Also have set aside a fund for myself to buy new clothes as the weight comes off.

Buy the clothes then donate your fat clothes to charity so you don't have that backup plan :) You can help yourself and someone else too. Congrats on your weightloss and cheers to more in the future (but no tequila for me:)
