Can't figure this weight thing out. Poor week of food with eating out at 2 restaurants and I still lose and when I stick to a good diet, I gain. No sense
215.5 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Have your tried tracking 100% of your food intake as a means of "figuring it out"? That was helpful for me.
