I knew it girls. That scale was off. It seemed to good to be true. Today we all decided to place the scale on the plastic mat by out chairs instead of the carpet. On the mat I weighed 130.0 on the carpet I weighed 128. We got different readings, two pounds heavier on the plastic mat. So I finally took it to the bathroom like Cindyshine suggested and it was a different reading. I took off my clothes and just left my chonis and bra on, weighed myself 128.7, then I put on my clothes and weighed myself 128.7. Got off, felt stressed got on again with my clothes on 128.7. So bottom line is, I don't know how much I weigh. For now I am taking the weight of 128.7 cause its the most stable surface and I think it throws off our scale. I'll just keep weighing myself there from now on.

That sounds like a good idea. I weigh myself at the same time in my bathroom at home with nothing on, right before I shower! Haha...TMI. But, the scale is always in the same spot. It helps!! Just use the same scale in the same spot and try to wear (or not wear) the same thing each time.

Scales need to be placed on a floor. The carpet can throw off the reading. Pick one spot on the floor and keep it there for the most accurate readings. If you move the scale to different places on a floor, you can get different readings.

lol, You can't keep doing this to yourself! Everyday will have a different reading. You have to keep the scale in the same place, weigh in at the same time ... right when you wake up is the best time on an empty stomach. I use to use the old man scale at the gym only, its the manual ones... i realize digital get stuck on ONE number and don't change when you put clothes back on. The manual would move it I just took off my wedding ring lol You may have had a low of 127, and are just fluct up today... best thing to do is get a scale at home maybe? oh and MISSVIOLET 2 pounds does make a difference lol, EVERY pound counts

I have never owned a scale in my life, but I think it is time to start shopping for one. A good one.
