Woke up a little later than usual to hit a 10am cardio kickboxing session in the City before going into work (yeah, on a Sunday, I know it sucks). Normally, I would be totally fine working out this late in the morning on an empty stomach. However, walking to the gym at 9:30am I felt my energy level to be pretty low and was slightly lightheaded. I knew I needed to eat a little something to get through the workout, so I picked up a Power Crunch bar on the way there. I had a light Muscle Milk shake immediately after the class. I was still lightheaded walking to the office afterwards. We'll see how this goes after a few days. Maybe I shouldn't be restricting my carbs quite so much. Though the number on the scale this morning told me that my body is indeed in fat burning mode, so I'm going to hold out as long as possible. I'm SOOOOO close to getting to seeing that 150-something number and can't wait to get there!
