I went on an all inclusive vacation in Feb. and gained 8 lbs and have been trying to lose it ever since. I had a seizure in March so have not been able to be very active. :-(

130.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb. Still to go: 6.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 0.1 lb a week
