Just started this app. So far I'm liking what I see. I am going on 52 and have weighed between 118 and 128 my whole adult life until 2 years ago. I started approaching 150 and decided to do something about it. Found this app to see if it will help motivate me with all the toys that show progress ... I had lost from 148 to 141 and every weekend keeps me from getting into the 139 and below. I have used a combination of Visalis shake mix/cereal for breakfast or snack time, we have cookie too, Cooking Light Diet with Eat this Not that hints thrown in. And I do really well through the week but I am involved in a very social network so week ends are VERY tough to maintain.
Example... party for Cinco di mayo thursday, concert Friday, hosting birthday party Saturday, and mothers day luncheon on sunday... headed is exploding lol
