I had a heart attack last Monday 4/25/16 , now I got to cut way down on my sodium and calories intake. Just went to the store for fruits and meats, it is real hard to find anything that is salt free in the stores.

Went through that with my Mom, she had diabetes to go along with it, it's a real stinker trying to find things with no salt OR sugar. We had better luck with whole foods, fresh and frozen veggies. She like to eat stuff out of a box and there is just no foods inside a box that are not loaded with the two taboo ingredients. Wishing you good health!
