I can't stand how I feel so fat just sitting. my butt, my thighs, my pants are tight around my waist. Every time I eat, a little or a lot, I feel extremely full and fat.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Don't let it bring down your self-esteem. Use that as motivation to stick to a healthy nutrition and exercise plan. You can do it, you just have to exercise a little discipline and stick with it. Good luck!
