Not doing well, physically.. just very frustrated with myself-- well with my body-- discouraged at work (not feeling like I am pulling my weight.. no one else is complaining to me, they are very very understanding... just personal guilt)
Had a major anxiety attack on Friday... hate those.. not sure if it is anxiety or something "real" problem...

Hugs. Dont be so hard on yourself. Make an appt to see a doc. Feeling anxious is a horrible way to feel.

I know.. it is horrible way to feel..not sure if you know this a week ago I was in the hospital, have two things wrong with it..Been off my depression meds per cardologist at the hsptl for about 2 wks now.. Appointment with my family doctor on Monday, my new cardiologist at the end of May...

part of my anxiety is due to what is going on with my heart, financial pressures and well just a bit off emotionally..

Hard to have to wait for doctor appointments when you are unwell. Hopefully your family doctor will be able to help your situation. Hang in there.
