Pete, seems you're having the same problem with those last few pounds like me...try making some kind of change and see if that doesn't shake things up. Me I've decided to do the lchf (low carb high fat) diet for a month. I've seen a lot of other people have success with it in dropping pounds quickly. I know that isn't the healthiest way but I'm only doing it short term...no way am I ever giving up sugar and pasta, rice and potato's forever :D
Don't give up, I know you can do it!
