ok... up and down... up and down.. need help here
126.5 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week

Either throw in a water fast or throw in a surplus day to offset your metabolism or shake it up rather. Keep up the good work though stick to it and see it out.
