I'm getting close to Onederland! 9 pounds total since restarting. I went food shopping yesterday as I was running out of healthy food and was eating what I had in the freezer. I stayed within my calorie limit but so much salt in the frozen dinners. Did you know that a steamed shrimp has only 7 calories? The grocery store did the steaming (FREE)with old bay seasoning and I had 20 for dinner last night. Yummy!
