Been spot on for my calorie intake, exercising every chance i get; STILL gained 1.5 lbs when i should have lost 1.5 lbs. I do not get. My body fat % is the same as if I haven't accomplished anything. All the weight training, cardio, and meal planning and have seen the opposite of results I want. I'm pretty much at a lost. I will keep eating for my health, but as for stressing losing lbs to get down to a healthy weight; i give up on it.
154.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
