I've been stuck a couple of days and cheated on those 2 days. I didn't exceed my calories nor carbs so I'm bummed but I did eat some carbs so I'm kind of down. While I know if I keep at it I will drop more. On the plus size my blood sugar is down and that's why I started to do this.
