Was holding some weight water maybe but finally has come down! My blood suger has come down and staying steady around 100 to 125, 100 being best but a lot better than the 200 to 300+ give or take!
Super happy!
283.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 148.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for sharing that gives me hope I'm in the 200-300 .just started metformin +diet and exercise down to 164 I feel so much better.

That's blood sugar not weight.

My blood sugar is great! That was my original goal but I'll take the weight loss lol! I tend to retain fluid, I have IBS and take a few meds that tend to make my hold water. So I took the days in stride that I didn't loose weight because I knew there would be a break some where, I mean how could there not when I am true to my journal and my glucometer! I have also dropped another 3 pds since yesterday! So TMI I know but I am feeling much better and more satisfied! <3 Thanks for all the support guys!
