Ok...so I was really worried about eating MORE rather than less. I mean honestly, which makes more sense when you are trying to LOSE weight? But you know what? Eating 1800 calories has been awesome for me! It jump started my weight loss again AND I am not waking up at 3am hungry. :D Now today, I ate less, but I also didn't exercise at all. Everyone needs a break now and then. But tomorrow, back on it again....1800 calories, 30 minute class in the morning with about an hour's worth of cardio afterwards.
