When attempting to lose weight do not take a 4 day from New York to Iowa then back again to get a grain head because it was a great deal. Holy fast food batman. Weigh in should be painful tomorrow. Very very painful. If my pants are right it will probably be down right torture. Is tomorrow a good day to say this is the start of the new me.... Again?
