Getting some reno's done in the house, and the kitchen is in a total upheaval! Lunch and dinner yesterday, eaten out, and breakfast this morning. Sodium intake through the roof, resulting in massive bloating ( thank goodness I took my rings off last night! ) and weight gain this am. Not just a pound or even two, but 5 pounds!! OVERNIGHT!! They should be done this morning, and I will drink tons of water and eat salad for lunch and dinner today with a bit of protein. I should have this under control by the end of the month in a few days!
