My plan to eat salad yesterday, didn't pan out exactly as I would have liked. Reno's done, but the clean up that follows is ongoing. I attacked the dining room first, then the kitchen... exhausted and aching at the end of the day, so his nibs took us out to a Japanese restaurant for lunch.. ( I love Japanese food, always feel "light" when I eat there! Rarely have that overfill feeling! ) And for dinner, we just ate some warmed up leftovers. Today, its back to clean eating, and lower carbs for a few days, at least until May 1st!
