Have increased my activity. I will never be a workout person ... at almost 68, it doesn't interest me in the least. However, I have started walking again and feel better for doing so. Started walking a mile at lunch at the community center across the street from where I work a couple of weeks ago. I walked a mile this morning and hope to get in another mile at lunch. Walking a couple of miles a day will not only aid my weight loss efforts, but I already know it will make me feel better overall. Onward and downward!!! Have a grand day!
