I can so relate to what you are feeling. My weight did not go anywhere for months and months. Now I am finally seeing some progress again. You might want to eat a little bit more. You mentioned in your previous entry that you are eating about 1100-1300 calories/day. That's probably not enough and your body is hanging on to every calorie that you give it. Bottom line though...eat well (nourish your body with good food) and exercise (whatever you like to do the most - because that's what you'll keep doing) and most importantly...NEVER, EVER GIVE UP!!!!!
