Working shifts, putting me out of sync, eating lots of good fats and protein. Not focused on losing weight currently as I need to eat to build muscle and progressively lift heavier weights which is working. Losing weight/body fat starts 20wks out from my competition which is on 6th November to enter Miss UK at Batley/ NABBA

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 April 2016:
2008 kcal Fat: 74.04g | Prot: 130.61g | Carb: 208.83g.   Breakfast: Avocados, MyProtein Impact Whey Protein (25g), Hovis Wholemeal Bread, Poached Egg (with Salt). Lunch: Chilli Con Carne, Basmati Rice (Cooked). Dinner: Bananas, Strawberries, Milbona Strawberry Yoghurt, Broccoli, Mashed Potato made with Milk (from Fresh), Pork Sausage (Cooked). Snacks/Other: KP Original Salted Peanuts. more...

Shifts are a pig. I worked shifts for 30 years on the trot.

Working shifts is always a pain. I find that my weight loss is severely affected whenever my sleep pattern is disturbed. Unfortunately those bills won't pay for themselves :)
