I've been sticking to my low cal, low fat foods. Trying to eat meals that are not higher than 12% fat. Eating lots of fruit. Smiled when I got on the scale today. Hopefully it doesn't fluxuate too much.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
