I created a spreadsheet to calculate BMR and TDEE. It has all of the equations that other sites use. Everyone should be able to access it via this link Google Docs BMR Calculator

CatHerder - is there info anywhere on what actually defines activity level? I am truthfully pretty darn sedentary but do work on adding activity via NEAT (another item I thank you for!) When I'm planning, I generally use the sedentary setting but it would be helpful to know a bit more detail on what would get me to the next level.
