DAY 112 ...Now the birthday has gone put the window . I have now noticed that I have put 10 lbs on very slowly over the last few months . And this ales a big difference to my every day life . So TODAY IS JUDGEMENT DAY ..Once again this is going to be mum's mile stone and she will defeat this diet lark before her 6th birthday next year . And if I do it before then it will stay off for good ..xx
