Started feeling back pain today, but determined to get to the doctor and heal it so I can continue my workout routine. Trying my best to stay on track with nutrition but sweets do get the best of me. Working on it. Note to self: progress, not perfect and i CAN get to my goal of at least 135-140 lbs or less.
