Sigh, so I must begin again. I'm trying to prepare for a 5k so I've been working on jogging consistently. I'm thinking that because I'm doing that, I've been allowing myself to eat more then I should be eating. Plus I'm not doing any weight training. And now I am depressed because after careful research, study and watching my husband and I invested a large amount (for us) in the stock market, based on what the stock market had always done, in hopes that we could build some capital for our and our children's future. And what does the stock market do? It soars instead of sinking, even though the oil deal fell through, even though first quarter profits for the largest bank were dismal, and I'm sick of trying to make the right choices only to have the stock market manipulated and the banks getting richer off the backs of the average man. I want to know what to do to insure safety for myself and my family and to have to keep restricting myself food and drink I enjoy and torture myself with exercise I hate I don't know why I bother.
