Last week was better even though my weight is up. I had guests for dinner last night which wrecked today's weekly weigh in. My fault, planned meal around others. I started "Summer Shred 8 Week Program" on Saturday. It includes a weekly plan for nutrition, cardio, strength, and stretch. Reviewing the month cleanse emailed. It is going to be tough. Concerned how I am going to stay on track when on holidays next week. I need to review/plan with the fitness instructor. Plus grocery shopping tonight.
