I have been good with having no soft drink today. Though I am missing my cranberry and lemonade drink =( Mmmm I wonder if just adding a touch of lemon would do the trick.

I even managed to jog for about a minute this morning and my dog loved it so much I will probably do it again tomorrow =)

I had a rapid loss shake after my walk/jog and want to keep up with that and I want to start having juices/smoothies as well. I'm also playing on an idea of a chorizo omelette for lunch when I get more eggs. Gotta find something to go with rice noodles.

I am also looking for some gluten free recipes to try as well, I found a nice chocolate brownie. Its a breakfast brownie and has peanut butter. I like peanut butter but I don't really want to taste it in the brownie. But I should just try it and see what happens.
