Switched from seven weeks of being on a VLCD (700 calorie target) to Atkins on April 3rd after gaining 3 LB on VLCD and being hungry alot the previous 2 weeks. Defiantly more full now but challenged on consuming enough fiber (14g minimum daily) and staying in the 20-30 net carb range. Made some
Paleo Bread looking for a high fiber low carb option and it was good flavor wise but with a very high caloric count. Going to adjust the recipe by replacing some of the egg yokes with egg whites and add more flax meal instead of almond flower tomorrow to bring down the net carb count.
Also jogged twice (4 mi.) and lifted weights once this past week as opposed to just being able to muster one jog a week (2 mi.) while on on the VLCD.
