It's still not moving, but I have noticed some changes in terms of fat loss on myself. I can now see my collar bones, and my thighs are a bit smaller...I'm going to start having some cheat days during the week, 1 or 2 because it is better for my diet
165.3 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
