Today I helped Jason get some of the flooring done in Destinys room.Tomorrow I am going to try and put the foam in between the beams.Maybe go for a walk if the weather is nice. I was bad tonight.I had pasta and bread for dinner! I LOVE my carbs. And I am paying for it. Im staying within mny calorie counting though.Still not really loosing any weight. Once the flooring gets done and we get Destiny in her room then I will be able to run on my tredmill again. So I am going to keep counting my calories so I do not get off the calorie counting track.Once I add the interval running on the tredmill into my diet then Im sure to start loosing weight quickly.
I also looked back at all the stuff I use to eat per day and OMG I ate LOTS of calories! There was one day I charted everything I ate on a piece of paper and it was almost 4,000 calories in one day! Im amazed!. Jason is being so awesome with my calorie counting. He helps me remember to chart everything I eat and when he make dinner he trys to ask me how many calories I have left for the day before he makes soemthing! I could not ask for a better husband.
