I've just got back from hospital having had a broken implant drilled from my jaw. I they told me to have a sweet cereal breakfast to counter the anaesthetic but the upside is that I'm on soup for the rest of the day. That's got to counteract the maple syrup coated breakfast cereal 😂

Make sure it's not a "bitty" soup as you won't enjoy the feeling of tiny pasta or something in the vicinity of the work 😳 I hope it gets better soon. P x

Cream of chicken. It was good. Back to normal ish today but soft food so it's wild salmon tonight... And some wine 🍷 have a great weekend too x
