I began the summer at 114. I started work, which proved to be a very physical job. I was no longer trying to lose weight. I began to incorporate other things into my diet that I haven't had for a very long time. When I did that, for some reason I began to eat very late at night. This led to me eating things I wouldn't eat normally, very late almost every night. Soon after I experienced a rapid gain of about 4 or 5 pounds. Its difficult to say because I have been drinking beer and this leads to some water retention. I have unsuccessfully tried to lose those five pounds and am now at 125. But I am not sure how much of that is gained muscle. I am much stronger than I was at the beginning of the summer, but I know I am not as thin either.
I a going to lose 10 pounds to see where I end up.
