Haven't weighed myself in awhile. I guess I knew it wouldn't be good. I have gained 4 pounds with all the stress going on over the past couple of weeks. I believe the worst is over and now to get serious about healthy eating again. I know I can do this. It's mind over matter and I've done it before. Salmon back on the menu with lots of salad. I got this.
225.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 65.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
