I was starting to do better again but I really indulged this weekend. I drank too much wine and ate way too much. Tonight I am going to make the roasted veggie enchiladas. I can't believe how filling they are for as small as they are.

Trying to do mostly liquids today. I am sure I need more calcium too. Where did I put those vitamins when we moved in?

I still haven't found room to spread out to use my bowflex. Hubby says that our new garage is bigger. Obviously that is NOT true. It is taller but in no way wider. I will just have to get a VCR again and start doing these tapes. I MUST exercise. That much is evident. I could eat just lettuce and water for the rest of my life and still gain weight if I don't exercise.

Today is just blah. I'm tired and it is cold and rainy. Today would be a good day to curl up in bed and sleep until tomorrow. LOL Work will not wait though.
