I need to get my nutrition right. I"ve been eating consistently so far (which is good), but not enough to promote the weight gain i want. My research shows that i need to be consuming at least 3000 calories. i'm not even doing 2500. My trainer has suggested i plan my meals a day in advance. Goin plan for tomorrow. Let's see how it goes
