I do a lot of cardio. I exercise more. My weight is still the same. I think, it is because of the muscle building me body.
105.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

It's good to have more then one way to measure your progress. Like instead of just focusing on the pounds measure your waste line and other areas you want to track. Or more simply how your clothes are fitting.
