Please suggest a routine exercise
Hi guys, I am new in this program. I am trying to loose weight and at the same time, I would like to build some muscles. I am less than 5' in height I am a petite so I cannot do to much weight lifting. Please suggest some routine to biuld muscle specially for my arms and abs.
