aside from 3 girl splitting 5 bottles of wine I did good yesterday.
O.K. this is funny so I'm at the gym weighing on the nomal scale in the hall, one of those Physician balance beam scale with die-cast, easy reading, rotating kilo/pound beam. Heavy duty steel base and lever system kinda scale, well I've been trusting this scale for a while. It reads 145ish so I'm pissed and decide that is BS in a big fat way. So I go into the ladies locker room and check the other scale The Mechanical “Ultra Pro” industry leading 8” diameter speedometer dial scale – bold, broadly spaced numbers for easy reading- raised dial for improved readability and increased foot room (my friend scale) and it reads 141 What! I can't believe this which one do I believe? So I guess am not real sure what I weigh and I'm too scared to seek out another opinion from just any old untrustworthy scale. So I think I will just trust the Ultra Pro and call it good. Take a wild guess what scale I'll be using from now on!
Oh ya I did 20 min on hard alyptical machine and 400 sit ups,5 sets of lunges

3 tacos

snack
5 multigrain chips w/cajan crab dip
few veggies from the veggie tray

dinner
rotissary chicken
corn on cob
fruit salad

Best thing to do is pick one scale and use it every time you weigh yourself. That way if it is wrong, it will at least be consistant. (And if the 2 at the gym are that far apart you should ask the management to check them. . .after all, accurate measurements are important!)
