skipped on the gym from July, and ive managed to lose 20 lbs......wow....cutting out bad fast food works great on me :D. im at work often so im usually bustign a sweat, and i eat much better than i used to :D awesome. my stretch marks have totally shrunk in on my hips, and my jeans dont fit any more wooooo hoo!! still have till decmeber 31st to lose 20 more :), long as i reach my goal by next October i'll be fine :)
