i am going to get back to doing my 45 min of cardio a day and doing my walking for at least 45 min a day yoga.stretching for 10 min a day and that will give me my 100 min a day my water goal is 5 bottles ( 5X32=160oz a day) as for food i am going to be doing for week one is going to be keeping me at about 1000 calories and keeping me at my 45% carbs 30% protein and 25% fat each week will be different ( calories arent supposed to be static)
I am going to focus on: *getting in my workout time *getting my calorie ratios close to the above % *reading and praying and journaling everyday *keeping up the house/errands *spending time with hubby
