It has been way too long since I have weighed in and wrote here.

The busier I get the harder it is to remember to way in and keep track of my food intake. I have to try and make this a priority.
181.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
